Ladera Ranch's Wycliffe District is situated on the far western, yet central part of the city. Wycliffe is made up of the four neighborhoods of Chesapeake, Davenport, Sansovino, & Surrey Farm. The area is populated with mostly condos except for the neighborhood of Surrey Farm which are all 3 bedroom, single family homes ranging around 1400-1500 sq ft.
