Welcome to Flintridge Village

Ladera Ranch's Flintridge Village was the second village to be developed in the planned community. Flintridge Villageo is situated in the north central part of the city just south and adjacent to Crown Valley Parkway. you’ll find within this village five different neighborhoods: Belmont Hill, Chimmney Corners, Clifton Heights, Hampton Road, and Reston.

Two of the neighborhoods, Belmont Hill and Hampton Road, have the more spacious homes and lots in the Flintridge Community.

Withing walking distance there are several amenities including Flintridge Village Clubhouse, Hilltop Park, Town Green Park, and Chapparal Elementary school.

Flintridge also has its own clubhouse which contains a large lap pool, Tennis courts and hot tub. Similar to other communities, the clubhouse is available to residents to rent out for parties and events.
