Spring Has Sprung

 

Spring has sprung yet again and so has our Ladera Ranch Real Estate market. Homes are coming to market earlier this year, as sellers are seeing ample gains to previous sales. Sellers who have hung in since the down turn of 2008, are now seeing their equity return. Buyers that bought in that down turn are seeing even greater gains. Now may be the time to cash in on that Real Estate equity!

 

Spring cleaning can be the perfect time to de-clutter your home in preparation for selling. It Is important to visually look at your home as a buyer. Buyers have ample access to model homes in our area. The resale homes that most closely mimic those models are getting top dollar and selling within days of listing. Don’t you want that outcome? Preparation is key!

Discuss possible up upgrades that will bring you advantageous returns and a quicker sale.
